Rolf Structural Integration
Rolf Structural Integration is a unique, holistic method of bodywork. It creates real and lasting change within the body by releasing fascial(connective tissue) constraints. Our clients include serious athletes who are recovering from injuries, office workers who suffer from chronic pain, and everyone in-between.
Reiki is a hands-on energy work technique that promotes deep relaxation and healing. “Rei” means higher wisdom or power, and “Ki” means Life Force energy, so the practice of Reiki is “Power Life Force energy.” Through training and delivering treatments, Reiki practitioners become highly attuned to channeling this Life Force energy in concentrated or increased amounts. We all have access to this energy, but sometimes our emotional and spiritual journeys cause us to block this energy. Reiki treatments clear these blockages, help clients connect with their highest selves, and leave clients with a general sense of wellness and balance.
Craniosacral therapy refers to a family of hands-on healing techniques in which practitioners apply a gentle, healing touch to the bones, soft tissues and cerebrospinal fluid that surround the central nervous system. The soft tissues and fluid, along with the skull, are known as the craniosacral system, and support the central nervous system. This system is made up of the brain and the spine. Gently massaging the craniosacral system can help relax and release tension that is causing pain, as well as promote overall health and wellness.
Health Coaching…coming soon!
Health coaches provide guidance and management in the major components of health, including diet, physical activity and wellness. They help people identify their ideal health goals, define a customized plan and guide them in creating a plan. This basically involves determining what areas of their clients’ lifestyle need to be changed for the better and making sure those changes are implemented. They are a “wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.”
Scott is currently working on his Health Coach Certification, so he can help his clients in achieving improved health and wellness.
He wants to help people become more knowledgable and educated about their health. Empower them, so they can make life choices that will lead them to a path of better health and happiness.
